Advancing Emergency Management: RSET at the Next Level Emergency Management Training

In February, RSET had the privilege of participating in the Emergency Management Response for Dynamic Populations (NLEM) training at the Ambipar Response Training Center in Pueblo, Colorado. This intensive and highly specialized training brought together leaders and experts from a diverse range of fields, including:

✔ IT and cybersecurity
✔ Fire service and hazmat response
✔ Law enforcement and EMS
✔ Hospital and healthcare systems

The breadth of expertise in the room was remarkable, with participants traveling from across the U.S. and Canada to take their emergency management capabilities to the next level.


Hands-On Training for Real-World Challenges

The Next Level Emergency Management (NLEM) training is designed to push the boundaries of preparedness and response, equipping professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to tackle complex, large-scale incidents.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in:

✔ Data-driven decision-making training

This immersive experience allowed emergency responders, government agencies, and private sector leaders to work side by side, exchanging best practices and building a network of professionals dedicated to strengthening disaster resilience and crisis response.
