This case has been successfully settled. The plantiff suffered a severe injury from a non-ADA compliant grate, thanks to the assistance of RSET. We reconstructed the incident for trial using a mix of BLK2GO, Reality Cloud Studio, a Matterport Pro3, drone photography, and animation. By integrating all the meshes in RSET’s scan manager, we recreated the view she experienced that evening, complete with street lights and a dusk setting for greater accuracy. Additionally, we used a Rokoko motion suit to animate her fall from her wheelchair. This technology proves invaluable not only in legal cases but also in enhancing the functionality of digital twins.
